Cole Fitzgerald is the founder of The G.R.O.U.P. Project and serves as its lead social skills facilitator. With a background in behavioral therapy and a passion for helping children thrive in real-world settings, Cole created the program to support kids on the autism spectrum in building meaningful relationships through outings, games, and guided group experiences. He combines clinically proven methods with playful, engaging activities to promote communication, empathy, and independence—ensuring every child has the tools and confidence to connect with others and grow within their community.
